Most ductless mini-split installations range from $8,000 to $14,000 depending on the number of zones. Ducted heat pump systems range from $12,000 to $18,000 depending on home size and equipment tier. As a PSE-certified contractor, we help customers access significant rebates through Puget Sound Energy. Electric resistance to cold-climate heat pump conversions qualify for up to $4,000. Ductless systems qualify for up to $2,400. Heat pump upgrades qualify for $1,500. Income-qualified customers may receive additional Efficiency Boost rebates up to $2,400. Most installations are completed in one day. We arrive in the morning, remove the old system if applicable, install the new equipment, run all electrical, commission the system, and walk you through operation before we leave. We clean up the work area and haul away any old equipment as part of every install.
Yes. We offer multiple financing options including 0% interest for 12 months and extended terms up to 15 years at 12.99% APR. We use Finturf, a financing broker that offers second and third-look approval, so most homeowners qualify regardless of credit history. No-payment, no-interest promotional periods are also available on qualifying purchases.
Ducted heat pumps connect to your home's existing ductwork and condition the entire house through vents, replacing your furnace and AC. Ductless mini-splits use individual wall-mounted units in each room, ideal for homes without ductwork or for adding climate control to specific areas. We install both types and can help determine the best fit during a free assessment.
We primarily install Day & Night, Carrier, Mitsubishi, American Standard, and Daikin equipment. We are a Day & Night Elite Dealer. For ductless mini-split systems, we favor Mitsubishi for their reliability. For ducted systems, Day & Night and Carrier are our primary brands. We can source other manufacturers based on your project needs and preferences.
Every installation includes a 10-year parts warranty and a 10-year labor warranty. This covers both the equipment and our workmanship. If something goes wrong after the install, you call us directly and we make it right. No 1-800 numbers, no franchise runaround, no fine print.
