Services
Varsity Heating and Cooling provides heating, ventilation, and air conditioning installation, repair, and maintenance services. All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.
Estimates and Pricing
We provide free estimates for new HVAC installations. Repair services include a diagnostic or trip charge, which may be applied toward the cost of approved repairs. All pricing provided through our Instant Quote Tool or during in-home consultations is subject to final confirmation based on actual job conditions. Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Scheduling and Cancellations
We make every effort to accommodate your preferred scheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Varsity Heating and Cooling reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, emergency calls, or unforeseen circumstances.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and approved financing options. Financing is subject to credit approval through our third-party financing partners. Past-due accounts may be subject to collection efforts and applicable fees.
Warranties and Guarantees
All installations and repairs are backed by our workmanship guarantee. Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment as specified by the manufacturer. Warranty claims must be submitted in a timely manner and are subject to the terms set by the respective manufacturer. Varsity Heating and Cooling is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, improper use, or lack of maintenance that may affect system performance or void warranties.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Washington State law, Varsity Heating and Cooling’s total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage, loss of use, or discomfort resulting from HVAC system failure.
